Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your PASKAL item, we are always happy to help you with an exchange or return if the purchased item was not on sale and you have a 2-week exchange/return window.

1. Please make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and the paper tags are in their original condition and the 14-day period after delivery has not expired.

2. Contact our customer service team at info@paskalclothes.com for an RMA form and return shipping address.

3. Package your order in the original Paskal package and ship it back to us via any traceable and insured service of your choice at your expense.

4. Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster.

5. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. We will send you an email once we receive the returned items and will refund or exchange your items.
