Delivery:

If the item is in stock, delivery takes 3-5 days; pre-orders are manufactured within 5-10 business days. Free courier delivery within Ukraine is provided by Nova Poshta. Custom-made items are not eligible for return.

International delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta + UPS courier service to the address specified in the order. The service cost is 70 USD. Delivery to Europe takes 10-14 days, and delivery to the USA usually takes 3-4 weeks.

Please note that delivery is made from Ukraine, transiting through Poland, and then shipped by UPS. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. We are not responsible for any local taxes that must be paid in accordance with the laws of the destination country. Please contact your country's customs office to determine these costs.

Payment:

Orders are accepted only with full prepayment.

We partner with two payment systems that guarantee complete security and anonymity of your banking details: we recommend using Fondy for Ukraine (Visa, Mastercard) and 2checkout for American Express, Paypal, JCB, Discover cards. After payment, you will receive an email to the specified address with order confirmation.

Returns:

We accept returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date you receive your order. For returns and exchanges, the following conditions must be met: the item has not been used, and its original appearance and packaging are preserved. To arrange a return, please send your request to info@paskalclothes.com. Refunds to your account are made within 30 calendar days from the date the item is accepted for return. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
